Agarwal Superfast Packers and Movers ("we" or "our company") provides relocation and transportation services. By availing our services, clients agree to the terms stated below. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and avoid disputes.

1. Copyright

The content provided on this site is safeguarded by copyright and intellectual property regulations. You are not permitted to republish, redistribute, or share these materials with others without obtaining formal written permission from Agarwal Superfast Packers and Movers.

Additionally, downloading or copying any material from this website is allowed only under the following conditions:

3. Quotations & Charges

All service quotations are based on the information provided by the customer. Any deviation (such as change in volume, destination, or extra handling requirements) may lead to revised charges. Final billing is determined only after actual assessment on-site or during service execution.

4. Packing Materials

We use high-quality packing materials. While we take utmost care, certain delicate or high-value items must be disclosed in advance. Any special handling needs may attract extra charges.

5. Booking & Cancellations

A minimum advance must be paid to confirm a booking. If a cancellation occurs:

  • Within 24 hours of booking: Full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before scheduled move: 25% of advance will be retained as cancellation fee.

6. Delays & Rescheduling

We strive for timely delivery, but delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events are beyond our control. Clients can reschedule their move with prior notice, subject to availability.

7. Insurance & Damages

While we handle goods carefully, clients are advised to take transit insurance for valuable or fragile items. The company will not be liable for any loss or damage to items not covered under declared insurance. We assist with claims where applicable.

8. Prohibited Items

The following items should not be included in your consignment:

  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Explosives
  • Perishables
  • Jewelry, cash, or confidential documents

Any damage or legal issue arising due to the transportation of such items will be the sole responsibility of the client.

9. Payment Terms

Full payment must be made upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed. Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or bank transfer. GST and applicable government charges will be added to the final invoice.

10. Unforeseen Circumstances

Agarwal Superfast Packers and Movers shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in service due to acts of God, natural disasters, roadblocks, riots, or government actions.

11. Claims & Complaints

All complaints must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Claims reported beyond this period may not be entertained. Please include relevant photos and invoice numbers for swift resolution.

12. Storage Services

In case goods need to be stored temporarily, additional charges apply. Storage is provided at the owner’s risk. Insurance for stored goods must be arranged separately if needed.

13. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India only.

14. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may revise or update Our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes made will be posted on this page.

We will notify You of significant updates through email and/or a prominent notice on Our website before the changes come into effect, and the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

We encourage You to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed about any modifications. Changes to the Terms and Conditions become effective as soon as they are published on this page.
